🔹 Refunds & Exchanges: We do not accept refunds or exchanges. Please understand that all sales are final. If any issues occur with your order, we will gladly offer store credit. Thank you for your understanding and support.
🔹 Shipping Information: Our shipping time is 3 to 5 processing days and 15 business days, which means a two to three week shipping period. Please be patient, as most items are made to order/ preordred items due to the high demand. Shipping times can vary from 7 to 15 business days. You will receive a tracking number within 5 business days of placing your order.
🔹 Late Packages: Orders can be delayed as late as 6 weeks instead of our usual 4-week shipping time, especially during high order peaks. Before assuming or accusing, please allow ItGirlKhaos up to 6 weeks to ship your order out fully.
